Pastor Billy and Rachel have been the Lead Pastors at Grace Community Church since December 2019. They have a passion to share God's Word and help others grow in their understanding & relationship with God.  Prior to coming to GCC, Pastor Billy served as a Youth Pastor as well as one of the AGNCN Regional Youth Directors. Rachel currently oversees our Children's Ministry and assists with various administrative projects, as needed. 

Pastor Billy and his wife, Rachel, have been married since 2004 and have two children. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with family and friends.
